The benefits of having regular reflexology sessions during 

pregnancy are lovely and include: 

Easing of Nausea, Constipation, Heart Burn, Postural problems,

backache, Anxiety. Boosting Energy levels and ability to relax and

much more....


In the later stages of pregnancy weekly treatments may help with preparing the body to give birth, tiredness and aches and pains.

Emma at Ellivase Hypnobirthing & Relaxation

Emma is a Royal College of Midwives accredited hypnobirthing practitioner, qualified by the gold standard of hypnobirthing, KGH, and member of The Hypnobirthing Association. 


She has developed the Brain, Body, Birth concept that can enable a calm and efficient birth.


Emma offers private 1:1, group and bespoke courses both in person and on-line and pregnancy relaxation classes guiding you with the theoretical and practical tools to show you how positive changes can be implemented during and leading up to the birth of your baby.

Jess at Maya - Mum As You Are

Maya offers peer-to-peer in person support to new mums as they start their motherhood journey.


Maya connects you with a fellow mum peer who has walked the path you're now on. You'll meet when your pregnant and decide what the support will look like.

Your peer will be there to provide gentle check-ins each week and once your baby arrives, and whenever you're ready, regular meet-ups are on offer either as walks from your doorstep or coffee in your local cafe with your new babe in tow. The frequency of visits is up to you; remote or person or a mixture of both.


Feel heard, feel reassured and offload without judgement in those early weeks and months with your baby with someone who truly 'gets it'

Jo at Jojo Baby  

Jo is a qualified Baby Massage instructor holding beautiful courses throughout the Oxford area.


Jo offers 5-week courses starting when your baby reaches 4- 6 weeks old. The sessions give both you and your little one the time to slow down, bond and relax. 


With a maximum of 10 babies in one group you can enjoy seeing familiar faces each week and creating a little community, have a chance to chat and eat cake!
